Calling all Whovians!

We all know of the infamous TARDIS (Time And Relative Dimension(s) In Space) from Doctor Who's planet of Gallifray. It is the Doctor's way of transporting himself and his companions throughout space and time. The idea for the police-box disguise was made by the BBC staff writer Anthony Coburn, he rewrote the programme's first episode from a draft by C. E. Webber. In the first episode, "An Unearthly Child" (1963), the TARDIS is first seen in a 1963 junkyard. It subsequently malfunctions, retaining the police box shape in a prehistoric landscape. Well here's a fun fact that you may not know about from google maps!
